1. How should I store my Salami or Snack-It? Can I leave it out in room temperature or should it be refrigerated?

Unopened salamis can be kept at both room temperature or in a refrigerator. Although, once the product is opened, it should be wrapped tightly and refrigerated. Please note, we do not recommend freezing our products.

2. Should I peel my Salami?

Yes, you should peel your salami as it is made from non-edible casings. Our Snack-It products are made from edible pork free casing.

3. How long do the cured products last once opened?

Once opened, our products, at peak freshness, should be consumed within one week.

4. My product has white specs on it. Is this normal?

This discoloration is due to the presence of mold. Mold is very beneficial to the aging process of dry salamis. The white mold, which is also called “fiore”, or “salt look” is normal, as it helps to regulate moisture and aids in ensuring that the products maintain its superior taste and texture.

5. Is the meat used in the finished product free of antibiotics, organic, non-GMO, or humanly treated?

6. What allergens can be found in your product?

7. Do you have gift cards?

No, gift cards are not available as yet.

8. How do I ship my order?

We ship our products to you with the use of courier services.

9. Can my order be expedited if I require an earlier date?

Yes, various shipping options are offered at check out.

10. Where do your products ship?

Currently, we ship our products to the United States of America, Canada, and other countries where our products are permitted. Our new EU site is designated for our European clientele.

11. What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you can refer to your carrier and their tracking number for more information about the transit of your order.

12. What is the process if I want to change or cancel my order?

You cannot change your order once the item is already in transit. You can cancel your order anytime once the items are not shipped.

13. How long does it take to be refunded?

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
